Do the cutters come with directions?

You bet. The helpful card included with your cookie cutters provides a simplified step-by-step guide. There is also a Highlight on the @hattie_and_mouse Instagram page called 'Dough Tips' for more of a visual representation.

Who designs Hattie & Mouse cookie cutters?

I design the cookie cutter designs from my desk at home. I am more a pen to paper kind of person, so I prefer to sketch the cutters instead of using software. I then hand cut the prototypes into some dough and test, test, test until I am completely happy with the design. The designs are then 3D Printed by a Melbourne based company.

Where do you buy the sugar eyes you use?

I have sourced the sugar eyes from bakingpleasures.com.au - however I now supply a small vial of 25 eyes and deluxe sprinkles for your convenience. shop

Can I make the cookies ahead of time?

Absolutely! If you are hosting a party on the weekend, it is totally fine to bake your cookies the weekend before. Make sure they are completely cooled and store in an airtight container.
